Fixed-price transfers to and from any Scottish station
Waverley, Haymarket, Glasgow Central, Aberdeen, Inverness  we run fixed-price transfers to every major Scottish train station, timed around your actual train rather than a rough estimate.
Connecting train and taxi journeys
If you are combining a train journey with a taxi for the last leg  say, arriving in Inverness by rail and needing a transfer further into the Highlands  we can time the pickup around your train's scheduled arrival.
Luggage-friendly pickups
We meet you at a fixed point near the station entrance rather than expecting you to find us in a taxi rank queue, which matters more than it sounds like when you are managing luggage.
Booking a station transfer
Use the booking tool above for an instant fixed price to or from any Scottish station.
Covering stations beyond the obvious
Beyond Waverley and Haymarket, we run regular transfers to and from smaller stations across the Central Belt and beyond — the fixed-price tool covers any station, not just the busiest ones.
Connecting rail delays
Trains run late more often than flights get tracked for, but the same principle applies — let us know your train details and we'll adjust the pickup time around the actual arrival rather than the timetabled one.
What happens after you book
You'll get a confirmation email immediately with your driver's details sent through 24 hours before pickup, once a driver has been formally assigned to your job rather than just accepted in principle. On the day, your driver will confirm they're on the way with a short message, so you're never wondering whether the booking actually went through.
If your plans change
Journeys can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup — just reply to your confirmation email or call the number on it directly. Inside 24 hours, get in touch as early as possible; we'll always try to accommodate a change even if we can't guarantee it at short notice.
A straightforward complaint policy
If something genuinely goes wrong — a late driver, a booking error, anything short of what we promised — tell us. We'd rather know and put it right than have you quietly never book again.
How pricing actually works
Every price is built from three things: distance, vehicle type, and any add-ons like a child seat or Meet & Greet. There is no base call-out fee stacked on top, no peak-time multiplier, and nothing added after the fact — the number shown at booking is the complete number, luggage and passengers included as standard within each vehicle's stated capacity.
Vehicle options explained
Standard saloons suit up to four passengers with modest luggage; estate and larger vehicles handle bigger groups or more bags; executive options add a higher specification of vehicle for the same route at a modest premium. The booking tool shows exactly what's available and priced for your specific journey once your route is calculated, rather than a generic list that may not actually be available on the day.
Licensed, insured, accountable
Every driver is licensed through the relevant local authority and DBS-checked before ever taking a booking. This isn't a marketing claim we make lightly — it's a minimum bar, and one a surprising number of informal or unlicensed operators in the private hire space do not consistently meet.
