Licensing and DBS checks are the minimum, not the standard. Drivers are chosen for local knowledge and consistency — the same small pool of drivers works the busiest routes repeatedly, which is why they know the awkward pickup points and the genuinely faster back road, not just what a satnav suggests.

How we actually operate day to day
Every booking that comes through the site is matched to a driver by a real person checking real availability, not an automated dispatch system guessing at capacity. That means occasionally a booking takes a few extra minutes to confirm during busy periods, but it also means the confirmation you get is genuine, not provisional.
What growth looks like for us
We are deliberately not trying to be the biggest operator in Scotland. Growing slowly, keeping the same drivers on the same routes, and maintaining a level of local knowledge that a much larger, more anonymous fleet simply cannot match — that is the actual strategy, even if it is a less dramatic one to describe.

If a journey does not go the way it should have, we want to hear about it directly rather than through a review left in frustration.
